Dynamo cab w/MVS= Image warping to the side at the top...

...which is weird, because my CPS-I boards work perfectly in it.
Any suggestions? Is there an extra ground or something I need to do?

What make/model of monitor is it?

It's known that some models of WG monitors don't like having the Horiz and Vert sync connected at the same time if the vert sync is a composite signal (both H and V on it)... They will bend the image to the side at the top.
