New rules should be effective from 20th, isn't it?

Anyway, if we can't praise for good dealers and bash the scammers, where should we find the very 'community reason to be'?

Do they also have all these stupid selling, fan art, conversion....bla, bla, bla,..... rules over there?????


I have just lurked around there a little bit and it seems the boards there are not as busy as this one.

Its always nice to read about great sellers/traders for future deals and trades
