So way back in October I used store credit to purchace SSV.
The release date has passed and the game shows as being in stock on the site in Huston. (Could maybe DanAdam check maybe?)

I called customer service today to see what the hold up on my order was and they say the game hasn't been released yet, which I know for a fact is bull.

They say they'll contact me back in 3-4 business days and see what their hang-up is.

Thing is, I shouldn't be the one contacting them about this. They should have told me there was a problem. Then, being a multinational coorperation, they probably have their hands too tied-up to worry about a guy that purchaced one item online.

I guess I'm too used to the excellent service from here. (NG.COM)

Still, I felt this deserved it's own thread, as this is definately a negative experience that others of ya'all should know about.

You sound like a Wal-Mart regular, thus my sympathy level for your crisis couldn't be lower.

Agreed.

Why you would preorder anything game related from them is beyond me.

I bought 3 copies of Castle of Shikigami from them because they were the only ones that had it. They had cheap shipping. Got em in the mail - came in a manilla padded envelope. One of the games' sealing was partially tore.
