These aren't tough to find at all.

Check your local Fry's.

Tell me about it. I just finished my search. They are fetching at least $35 for complete copies, at least as much as $50 for sealed.

I cant even find an old ebay listing with it, is it that rare? My local Blockbuster has one loose, its priced at $20 though, should I pick it up?

the 2 dooms seem to be pretty rare, though Doom 2 is definately great however.
shining force seems to have a very limited run as well, it was sold out the day it came out around me and has never since been available

Karnaaj Rally, the original with the horrible box art. It used to be easy to find in my area; now, not so much. Not sure if it fetches a good deal on eBay or not.

Tactics Ogre: The Knights of Lodis is somewhat hard to find around here.

No not really.
That's what I thought, there were like 3 others in the store when I bought mine upon release, and I've seen it in a few places.

I've got tons of GBA games. I think the GBA is rapidly approaching the SNES as one of the greatest video game systems ever.

Tactics Ogre has been fetching the highest prices I've seen for a GBA game, although, prices have been falling lately.

Ninja Five-O is a somewhat tough one to find, although I have seen an odd few show up in local game stores recently.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow used to be very expensive, but due to the rerelease, prices have been falling as well.

Super Mario Bros. (NES Classics) is pretty hot right now. It seems to be getting up to $50 fairly frequently.

The original Fire Emblem also commands fairly high-end prices, considering it's age.

Apparently it's dirt cheap, but I have only ever seen one copy of R Type III in my life. Mine.

All these games that people are saying are all rare go for like $30... I still have my S. Dodgeball and Tactics Ogre boxes and instructions for some reason... hahaha.

That just reminded me that an unopened copy is lost in my house :loco: I remember I got it for 5 bucks at a Virgin Megastore many moons ago. Never got around to playing it

I also have a Castlevania (1st one, forget the name) in mint condition and a Klonoa: Empire of Dreams sealed floating around. Are those worth anything?

That's how GBA games are; some can be hard to find, but the commanding price for it will be near its release day price more than anything. The demand isn't as crazy as for something like RSG.

Do it, Ninja Five-O is a surprisingly fun game that seemingly came out of nowhere. It feels like a classic old SNES game. The reason it's considered somewhat rare is because it didn't sell too well during it's initial run (mostly due to the fact that it isn't a sequel of some well established series), but by the time people realized how cool it was, most stores stopped selling it. Some stores like GameQuest in my area still do sell it, though, brand new for $25.

As long as you keep it in nice shape and don't thrash the box, it will retain it's value whether it's been opened or not. Play it!
