I have a NEO AES that I'd like to stereo mod. There appear to be two common locations to pick up audio -- from the headphone jack (neostore mega mod kit) or from points near the AES cart connector (neogeousa stereo mod).
Is there a consensus as to which method provides the cleanest sound?
Comments made in earlier threads mention that using the points near the AES cart connector are at line level; however, there's room for using shielded cable with the headphone jack method.
