I have seen it running in what I think was a converted Ninja Warriors cab about 8 years back. I dont remember if that was a widescreen or dual screen setup, but yea the game was pretty fucking nice for its time.Way better then Rastan Saga.

I played it in Okinawa years ago.
It is not a converted Ninja Warriors cab.
Mixed feelings about the game.
I love Taito.
I love Rastan.
Naturally, I hate Nastar Warrior.
So I kinda had high hopes for this game.
Some of the sprites are awesome, but some of the backgrounds are pretty uninspired.
A lot of open, wasted space that should be filled with enemies.
One of the playable guys looks like Galford.
Crocodile-men enemies were pretty memorable.
Classic Taito color pallet.
Play mechanics are okay, coming from a guy who loves beat 'em ups.
It's not going to blow you away with an ass-kicking combo system, but it gets the job done.
Music is pretty good.
Zuntata.
I actually have a remix album somewhere.
If I saw a cab somewhere, I'd probably buy it and enjoy it for a few years, but it's not one of those life-changing games.
I do believe it's emulated.
I think people should try it out.

It's a cool-enough game.

Rastan 2 was is often called Rastan Saga. Its a great game. Rastan 3 is incredible, however very different than the other two. I would love to have one of those cabinets.

The game runs on two medium resolution monitors. One is mounted upright and the second below with a mirror reflecting the picture up next to the other monitor, creating a wide-screen shot, similar to the 6-player Konami X-Men game.

Ninja Warriors, Darius and Darius II use a three monitor layout (13" standard resolution) and Atari's TX-1 uses three monitors though not to create a super-sized pic but to give the illusion of being in a car.
