Spike said:I tried my supergun out on this monitor and all I got was a crazy image. I tried it out with all my games and was only able to get a somewhat viewable image with Ketsui. Now on the other hand it tried it out with my PS2 and it was fine. Any thoughts as to why it wont work with the neobitz?

I was just going to say the same thing. In fact I would go even further and say its not even so much the supergun but more about the refresh rate of the game used being incompatable with the LCD. Chances are a different arcade game system rigged up using the same supergun could work fine.RGP said:Lets face SG's & LCD's don't mix.

Good to know Charles.Kickin|wiNg said:I'm running my supergun on a 26" Bravia XBR and it looks great. Using component cables (Neo-Bitz encoder) the picture's fine. Tried out ST-V, CPS2, MVS, PGM & AW.. all work as good as on my old CRT.
I guess it's just picky about the brand.

I had that (the 26" one at least) for a few days.. it did work w/ my SG. But no VGA on Atomiswave. Decided to upgrade to the Bravia in hopes that the AW's hi-res might work (it still doesn't), but at least I got a cable card slot nowSpike said:Well if it works with a bravia I'm hoping it works with this .

The superguns being discussed here in this thread (and the Atomiswave thread) have been built by myself and I take care to ground all outputs separately. The audio is separate as are each of the video signal outputs, so there is no interference/crossover. It is a legit concern, but the issues here are TV related, not from the supergun as you can tell by all of the issues being TV specific.Xian Xi said:I was wondering, the ones having problems with the video display are you by chance have the same common ground connect to all video and audio jacks? Or do you have the audio grounded seperatley? If you have them all grounded together the audio could produce interference.
