like something i'd imagine from hp lovecrafts bizarre universe.

Bow before Katha Nagua- I have a whole short story to go with the first drawing.

The last one is fucking awesome.

That and the very first one are probably my favorites.

You obviously have a good grasp on anatomy, to draw a weird creature like the first one and still make it look like everything is in the right places is something I cannot do myself.

You should post that pope drawing for future reference, it was actually a pretty good piece.

If you ever want a mean ass crash course in wacky figure proportion, look at fashion design sketches.

An ex of mine was an aspiring designer, and since i was an artist, I had to try and help her. It is a very wierd thing to grasp for me. You know how oddly proportioned real life runway models are? The sketches are twice as out of whack with reality.

It's like another rule when drawing women- especially faces- it's almost what you don't draw. Art is all illusion anyway, so by experimenting, you find that sometimes things that work make no sense.
