D-Pad for SFZ3 PSP

Well its getting closer to the release date for SFZ3. I was wondering if anyone has heard if play-asia or ncsx or any import store for that matter will be carrying the little d-pad that you get free with the purchase of the game?

www.ncsx.com has grantee it with every copy.

Preorders for the Japanese Playstation Portable import Street Fighter Zero 3 Double Upper will ship on January 19, 2006.

NCS expects to receive the bonus d-pad cover with SFZ3 Double Upper. It will most likely be wrapped with the game in a 1:1 ratio since it is what we consider an essential bonus item that is used to enhance the enjoyment of the game. Publishers such as Capcom normally bundle such bonuses with the actual game package and not separately.

well i just emailed ncsx to make sure, and they said they wouldn't be sure if every copy of the game comes with the d-pad until they actually get the shipment in on wednesday.

Only the first run comes with the d-pad from what I can gather, same as the 3-d goggles with MGA2.

Buygame2.com has it in stock now with the bonus d-pad for only $40 plus shipping.

I already ordered my copy (& a coworkers copy) on monday.

Any screenshots of the d-pad yet or impressions from hk or japan?

Have you bought from them before? I've never heard of them, just wondering how reliable they are.

Also it won't let me add it to cart. Do I have to be logged in, or they out of stock already?

Should have mine in about 2 days time. I'm getting a spare d-pad too! Only problem is that it's the Asian Region 3 version, with English text. I'm not too happy about that, but hey. I'm gonna go charge up my PSP I guess.

Well that sucks.

I assume there's no way to play romz on a 2.5 firmware?

I still might buy this though, if I can be guaranteed getting the d-pad with it.

The only way to play romz (not PSP isos) so far on 2.0 or higher is owning the original GTA and using an exploit on it.

I buy from them all the time. They are the cheapest & are very friendly. They are just a little slow (this is mostly due to things being done by hand and not automated like play-asia, soon as you pay they ship the next buisness day).

Also you must sign up for an account first before you can add stuff to your cart.

Yea saw that and ordered one from there, since the description at buygame2 didn't mention the d-pad anymore.

Now, do I upgrade the firmware to play SFZ3, or just sell the game and keep the d-pad and use it with romz? They would make it a bit easier if they would release more good games for PSP.

u upgrade 2 fw 2.00 then u download PSP PSPsetX v0.1 for v2.0. then make it think it a 2.5. now u have a great game and the romz still yayay lol
