Japan: DS Shortage

I recently ordered a white japanese NDS from Lik-Sang, only to hear that it got sold out just before they received my payment.

Obviously due to the shortage of NDS in Japan, the whole thing is in "backorder" now... :crying:

I know it's mostly my own fault, (+ just bad luck) but i can't help being a little frustrated with this. I've even got Castlevania unwrapped, just waiting to be played. :mad:

Any idea how long this "backorder" might take? Weeks, Months, Decades?

Cancel the order and order it from somewhere else.

Seriously?

I'm still kinda hoping they'd get it soon... I would hate to hassle with getting my money back and placing another order all over again.

But if you know more than i do, please tell.

If I were you I'd just wait it out. It would be too much of a hassle to cancel the order, I bet they'll have more in a week or two.

Thanks for the advice, i probably just have to wait. Too bad patience isn't really one of my virtues...

I keep thinking that they have to get it soon. After all it's NDS + Japan we're talking about!

They should have a whole city made from DS units for chrissakes.

But since i don't want to start cancelling my order and placing a new one... guess i have to sit and wait.

Here in Barcelona, right now it's easier to find a 360 Premium than a DS.

In Japan it is MUCH easier to find a 360

My local Laox electrical store was sold out of DSs the other day.
