Hi Everyone, as you may already know, Direct 4 Entertainment is now in business with Telegames UK. All the stock is now under the control of Direct 4 Entertainment and a new website is in development due for launch late January. (see a development mock up here: www.direct4retro.com)
We have been looking into these forums over the past few months and reading your comments.
We know there are a lot of problems that need to be addressed and we think we now know what needs to be done.
We have re-evaluated the prices of our stocks, shipping costs etc. And are much more devoted to you as customers so we provide the best products/service we can.
Direct 4 Entertainment would like to point out that any previous relations between yourselves and Telegames will not be carried over to us, by this we mean we cannot follow up old claims etc as we don't have records of these, we just have the stocks, please contact telegames regarding these issues.
We would like to build a new relationship with each customer as we feel that we will now be the biggest online source for retro gaming in the UK and possibly the world for some platforms.
We aim to reply to any posts asap but we are so busy this may take some time. We hope to build many new relationships and hope you all are suitably impressed with the new site/service we are going to offer.
