Hyper SF 2: Anniversary Edition

I saw this game on the Coinopexpress site and I dont think I have heard of it before. I know there was a Street Fighter Anniversary collection released on the on PS2 awhile back, but I dont think there same game. Anyone play this before? I checked cps2shock and it didnt say if there was ever a US release of it, so maybe it was never released in the states.

It is the same game. The ps2 version comes with third strike unlike the arcade.

I think it was relesed on the VA type single board system too
