consolized 1 slot or 2 slot

Well what do you think? You can either have one game or two games plugged in.

Except for 2-slots there isn't a select game button, so you just have to wait.

Besides the ability to have another game in, no. I've heard a certain 1-slot has trouble playing Rage of the Dragons or something.

For one thing the 2 slot has a built in memory card reader, i dont think any other pcbs have that built in, if they have any memory card support its to a seperate reader. Also, as far as i know, the only 1 slots that have controller ports are pretty big compared to the smaller 1 slots.

Personally I would just go with the 2 slot just in able to play the extra game. But I guess the built memory card/headset ports would be another reason to pick that for a consolized version.
