NOOB Help!-- Superguns and 6 Slots

Hello all...I'm a very long time luker but now have a question regarding my 6 slot, my GW supergun and some needed feedback on other superguns.

I put it in arcade but thought that perhaps "general" discussion would get more response/feedback.

If you touch 2 pins on the jamma adaptor together with metal you can cycle through the slots, its maybe the 3 & 4 together in from the right??

Just try a few, and use something that wont blow you up.

OK...I have another question. I think I have the wiring issue taken care of.

Now I wonder....can the GW Supergun's powersupply safely supply enough power to my 6 slot? Or do I need a new powersupply?

Any one know?

OR if I move up to a MAS Super Nova.....would that be safer? or a Sigma?

Any advice is great appreciated!!!

You 'd have to rewire or get an MVS loom for a Sigma Raijin to work with an MVS board as it would prolly only support the first 3 buttons out of the box. Good luck on actually getting a Raijin though.

He's based in Mid-town...and he's very responsive if you're interested.

Regarding the power issue.....do you think my GW Supergun will have enough power to safely run the 6 slot?

If it can supply in excess of 5 amps on the 5 volt rail it should be OK (ideally some headroom would be good)
