MVS MV-2F Power /w Supernova

I am getting a Supernova Supergun and was wondering will the power supply that comes with this supergun be able to power the MV-2F two slot motherboard?

Also what is this I have heard about removing a 100ohm resister on the MVS board to make the video display properly?
