Warning about ebay seller k-w3388

I bought a loose MS4 and he told me it was original. Got it and it was a boot . Told him i would like to either send it back for a non-boot or refund. He said he had no others. Then I said i'd like a full refund including the S&H fees which came out of my pocket to ship this boot to me and then back to him. He refused to refund the S&H. Fine, I'd send it back and he said "if its exactly the same item I send you and it is returned with in 7 days, I'll give you a full refund". Item was sent back priority mail with signiture confirmation. It's been back in his hands for over 2 weeks now and I haven't gotten a refund yet. I've filed a complaint with paypal but i'm not sure what they will do for me. Refund my paypal funds? I hope so.

Just want people to be aware of this seller.

thanks for the notice, but from my very limited experiences paypall has been good about refunding(at least for me anyway)

It doesn't seem like he really cares about getting you your refund. Good call with making sure to get signature confirmation though. I would think paypal should go your way, but I am losing more faith in them every day.

Send him an email every day about your refund, he will give in, in time.

Paypal has come through. I've received a full refund .Now i just wonder if i should leave neg feedback, cause i'm sure he'll leave it for me if i do.Fuck em, I'm not afraid of a neg froma scammer like this. Against 450 pos..BFD
