1st Part: I am currently working on a Jaleco Pony Cab, that I am converting to MVS. I was reading some info at Hardmvs.com regarding the -5 Volt Jamma Wire. In order to run older Jamma PCB's that use the same resolution as MVS. Do I need to only add the -5Volt wire, or is there more to it? Seems pretty simple, but I wanted to ask to make sure.

2nd Part: I came across this multi Jamma board while online. http://www.multigame.com/jamma.html
Anyone own one of these? If so, do they work well, and are they easy to set up?

Thanks for helping a Cab noob.

I know of many people who own the MultiJamma and they're all fanatical about it. I've never heard a complaint about them.

Running the -5V is just as easy as running a wire from the -5V on the power supply to the right pin on the harness.

That part I know, I just wanted someone to confirm that's all I need to run Jamma boards. I don't want to wire up the -5Volt wire, then find out later I need to add or do something else.

If the cab is ready for MVS multislots and you want to play jamma boards, the most important thing you need to rewire is the speakers.

I am only going to run a 1 Slot. The older one with Stereo. Do Jamma boards use Stereo or Mono? Or does it depend on the Jamma board?

Amplified Mono, usually because cabs only usually utilize one speaker in the top, except for maybe dedicated cabs.
