According to KLOV CAPCOMS 1941 game is JAMMA.

1941 KLOV

If its truly not JAMMA then it would come down to wiring a JAMMA fingerboard to the current harness.

I thought most boards manufactured after a certain year were all JAMMA?

I know even DDR's JAMMA for some input, video and power...

I think it was 1987, but the keyword here is most. Still some companies who didn't embrace it fully.
