Has anyone who bought from Lithy got their stuff yet?

I hate to do this but Lithy has had some MVS sales lately and I was wondering if anyone who had purchased a game from him had received it yet. I paid him on the 12th and I’ve yet to receive anything. I tried PM’ing him twice and although I can see he’s been online many times since then, he still hasn’t replied to anything I’ve sent him.

I’m not trying to slam the guy but I was just wondering if this is an isolated event or if others are going through this.

Seriously... I ordered a Slug X kit like a week before x mas and it's still not here. What the fuck is going on? I'm in the exact same boat as you smokehouse. I've PMd him several times and received no response to any of them... This is starting to bother me...

lithy it's a top notch seller here...it's probably delay due to the christma's rush(also on the side note.. iam still waiting for some stuff from other member's as well ...just give it another week or so ..it'll show up :chimp:

At this point in the ball game all I want is a reply to one of my PM’s. I looked him up and it shows he’s been online since my payment AND my PM. As a matter of fact he was online at 8 in the morning on the 28th. He has to see he’s got PM’s.

Like I said, all it will take to clear this up is a little communication on his part.

I've bought stuff from Lithy and he came through for me. The stuff I payed for arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Give him a fews days...it's probably the holidays.

Well, since Lithy has been around here for a long time, I would not be too worried about getting your stuff. That being said, I always ship with DC or some type of tracking.

What type of tracking if any is being used? By using a shipping service that provides tracking, most of these problems can be prevented. It was either shipped or it wasn't. A tracking number would let you know if it is lost.

Yeah, it's like common knowledge here that Lithy is a great seller. He has the feedback and the reputation to back it up and everything. But lord knows where my stuff is right now...

It's like smokehouse said, just a little communication would clear this up.

The other thing is, and I can't speak for smokehouse or anybody else who might have unfinished deals with Lithy, he didn't give me a tracking number. I assume that he didn't give anybody else one, otherwise, this thread would not have been created.

I also ordered from Lithy (kind of regreting it right now). I paid on the 16th and still have nothing. It realy sucks because I bought a Jrok off of him to finish my Supergun. Since nothing has come in I am unable to do that. I caught him on AIM sometime last week and he said sorry for the delay and my stuff was shipping either that day or the day after. I'm getting pretty pissed off because it doesn't take 13+ days to ship something within the US.

When I got a game from him, it took a him little long to go and ship it out. He was honest and said he was lazy/busy and apologized for not letting me know. It arrived in superb condition, albiet a bit late. I would say that you can count on getting your stuff, just not as promptly as you should.

Dunno about the US postal service, but a package that was sent out from Japan the 22nd arrived at my place in Sweden the 27th. We're talking almost around the world, christmas season, in 5 days. If the items from lithy really were shipped out more then 2 weeks ago its pretty bad...

Although.. maybe the US postal services just stink. :rolleyes:

^ Yeah, that's why this bothers me... I bought a Last Resort kit off another member from Belgium like 2 days before I started my deal with Lithy and it got here in 6 days!!!!! There is no excuse why this should be taking so long.

Just got a PM from Lithy. He said that he has been in the middle of a move or something with his family. He was apologetic to everybody who has been affected with this.

He shipped my stuff today, so I assume he shipped your guys' stuff as well. It sounds like he has been going through some rough stuff... I don't know, shit happens to everybody now and again...

Same here when i bought that, BAM cart from him months ago.

Still he did came through... and even gave me a refund for the shipping.

Lithy a good seller period if he's late on "shipping your game" 'he does make it up to you :glee:
