personally, I've seen that ROTD Kit range in price from $89 - $99 (NEW), so for $120... unless you were also throwing in a large marquee, poster, and maybe an ROTD action figure.. then I don't see why anyone would want to pay that much for it.

i disagree with that comment and its not the way to look at things

thats like saying i overpaid for Samurai Shodown by £145 when i bought it in 1993

MVS carts origianlly on release are extremely high and if you want it i guess you ahve to pay the going rate

i think truemanator paid in the region of 1000usd for his kof 2k1 kit, but it was brand new and its serial was 000001

buster the part that sucks is now he has to sell it, losing out of $740.00 from the get go but still have to compete with new RotD kit today costing only $70.00. if you are a buyer and you saw this side by side, which one would you chose, one kit on auction on ebay, that would cost $140.00, or 70 from shawn who has over 130 pieces in stock? :o

But, he said he bought it for that much 3 weeks ago. It was no where near $870.00 only 3 weeks ago. I could see when it was first released, but 3 weeks ago he did over-pay badly! Hate to say it!

i guess if you are not in the know of the prices of games - you will really pay what a store wants for it
