Can I Sell This Item Here?

I have a spare BIOS for the MVS, the only issue is that its an eprom, and not a factory toshiba chip. Can I sell this in the market, or is this against the rules?

If it is a reproduction of an original chip, that is to say a non original product, then its selling should not be allowed all the way.

Older Neo-Geo's had EPROM BIOS chips, as I have been told. Why do you say it is not original? Unless you burned it yourself, it very well may be legit.
