Is this an ok choice for a supergun rgb to ntsc encoder/converter

It wont let me modify the post but the model number is (Model CV223 - RGB/S to Video). It would be a little diffrent using something this grade but what do you think the results would be. Im always trying to save a buck.

I dont feel like looking at the link but im pretty sure that ive boughten this one before the model number sounds familiar and its a pretty good model.
A guy on ebay sells them for $35 let me know if you get these for that much cheaper.
