Atomiswave MOBO Crisis... Please help fools.

I just got my second ATW MB (Sold the first one about 15 months ago.)

No matter what I do, I cannot start a game of DB... It just sits there.

I know that all of my buttons register....... But it will not start from the title Screen. I can put it on free play, put coins it up, but it still will not start a game......

I went into I/o test... It registers the SERVICE button as ON. I went and tested the R(video ground) and 14(service switch) pins with my MULTIMETER, they both grounded.-EVEN WITHOUT A HARNESS CONNECTED

Does this meen that I have a defective Board?

Any help would be greatly apreaciated.

Check the TVS diode marked ZD3 on the same side as the service pin. One of the pins is service and it's next to a ground pin so there could be a short there.
