question about MVS carts

did snk ever released european mvs carts ?
if yes,do they discern in price or rarity
from the us/jp versions?

There are no known "European" only MVS carts.
SNK only made the difference in producing
English and Japanese MVS carts.
And the pricing should be about the same.
Depends in what shape you find it I guess.
Although it is possible that you may find more Japanese versions of a certain title,
for example Twinkle Star Sprites.
