What TSS soundtrack is this?

While I was searching eBay for video game soundtracks, I came across this Twinkle Star Sprites soundtrack:
Twinkle Star Sprites La Petite Princess
Does this soundtrack have any relation to the Neo-Geo TSS? Anybody know what songs are on it or if it'd be worthwhile to check out?
