The game is decent. It plays good, good combos, however there are too little characters. I wouldn't say its quite worth the money its going for however. There are much better fighters for less $$

It's fun and has a bright and very cartoony look, it's definately a unique fighter on the Neo. It's a nice change of pace from time to time. I'd recommend it if you're an MVS gamer, not sure how much it's going for on the home market.

It's kind of like what Galaxy Fight would've been if it were actually fun to play -- "wacky" characters and worlds full of bright cartoony fighting action. The graphics are good, the gameplay is fine, but it's not a serious fighter. It's fun, but I wouldn't go out of your way for it. There are a LOT of other games I'd rather have for the Neo.

The end guy worked me a few times, lol. I would like to pick this and Astra Superstars up some day.l

I would highly recommend this game.

It is seriously enjoyable. Great graphics and sound, pretty easy to pick up and play.

Not for tech-fighter fans though.

I found Astra Superstars to be a bit of a let down to be honest.

WW7 is definitely a great game though.

Waku Waku 7 is a good game. The only bad thing about it is that...

Read the the reviews on this site.. WAKU WAKU 7 is one of the best games ever to NEO GEO. My absolute favorite.. Fiew characters? yup, bat all of them are fun tu play not lake many kof characters where there always are boring ones, that u kinda avoid.

I love this game - in fact I'm going to give it a whirl after this post.

It's quirkiness and originality are pretty much unmatched, and I enjoy the gameplay. Also, you gotta respect the "EX" like moves (enhanced specials) that appeared in SF III many years later.

Of course I wish there were more characters, but I do really appreciate the fact that all of them are very original.

WW7 is one of the great, underappreciated games for the Neo. Hard to find on MVS, and pretty pricey on AES, but worth it IMO.

WW7 is actually more like sequal of Galaxy Fight, get Galaxy Fight first and see how you like it.

That is a bad idea.. waku waku 7 is what galaxy fight should have beed.. start with waku waku 7 THEN galaxy fight if you must..

Agreed. I think Galaxy Fight is a decent game, but Waku Waku 7 is worlds better, IMO. At any rate, I wouldn't dare judge WW7 based on Galaxy Fight.

Awhile back I bought Galaxy Fight based on how good Waku Waku 7 was...bad idea. I was really let down. The visuals were cool and vibrant and the character designs were fine enough but somehow it didn't come close to the fun that WW7 was. It would be a shame to do it the other way around and base WW7 off of GF.

Waku Waku 7 is the reason I love the Neo-Geo so much.

I think the graphics are amazing and the gameplay is just so easy to get down. Usually it takes me a long time to get into most fighters, but after playing Waku Waku 7 for around 30 minutes I became a decent player.

WW7 is also just one of those games you can always come back to and always have a fun time playing it again and again.

yeah waku waku is a definite in my top ten neo fighters. not much more can be said, its a really good game. loved the EX moves and i think its one of the few, if not the only, neo game with them.

A very good game with a super gameplay. The end boss is a fantastic caracter.
I also think that this game will keep his high price on the market.

Great game, just not as deep as other Neo Geo fighters. Awesome music too.

Plus, you can't say no to Bonus Kun. Best character ever!
