Re-Printing MVS Labels and cleaning MVS carts

I've got a couple of MVS carts that need new labels on them. Can anyone suggest a good paper stock to use? Is it best to use sticker stock, or use non-stickey stock and glue it by hand.

Also, what is a good way to clean my MVS casing? I was thinking rubbing alcohol and or windex, does something work better?
