is there a different boot up sound on a neo cd ? if there is, does anybody know where i can get an mp3 of it?

yes it is different, not sure on the mp3... BUT if anyone has one, I'll be glad to host it on neogeocd.net

It is not really a tune like the aes.... you hear a sound (that is like a disc spinning.. sort-of) followed by a very short musical sound.
