I was thinking (as I played my Japanese, BLUE blood KOV2 today).
Is there a way to change the Carts language settings, either by a jumper on one of the boards, or by changing one of the eeproms??
Most carts seem to have a large bank of what looks like memory chips on one board, and one or two eeproms on another, are these the region specific roms? Can they be hacked/swapped/rewritten?
