So I just made a large Neo purchase from a reliable seller on this forum. I'm not worried that the games I just got are boots, but just for future reference. If you get an MVS game in a kit with matching serials and no crease on the label, is there still a chance that the games might be bootlegs?
Also, on a Metal Slug 3 MVS cart, is that piece of plastic by the contacts of the PCB supposed to be blue?

umm... yeah, you can... You just need the right materials, and a little creativity.
. The bubble bags could probably be made yourself with some blue bubble wrap and some scissors that have been heated. I have a few loose carts and have thought about looking into getting boxes made though *only for myself and not for profit in any form*
