Why, so you can reproduce it?

That's not too kosher to do. If you want to copy it you should buy one. Besides, the datasheets for making this are on the web.

They send over a student here. Then they get an internship. Then they send all the docs back to china.

Really? Do you know of any plans for converting VGA to DVI/HDMI or component?

Yes. All ICs have datasheets and nearly all can be found relatively easily on the web.

I never looked for how to do what you want there, but it probably exists on the big ol'intarweb.

I'm just getting into IC's (upto sync-counters and adders), so what type of IC(s) do you think I'll need. What exactly do I need to do? I know this involves converting analog video signals from vga to digital dvi-d, so I'll need some sort of serial encoder chip, right?

What's the reasoning for running the sync lines through two nand gates? That just gives the original signal back after a delay...

No D-Lite, I am just curious . If it was for me to make profit I wouldn't mind spending 60U$ or more. I've paid U$235 for my 2 slot. And I am just a Neo player
who likes to see and know many things. regarding to that post about the phantom I am working on it but not to make money, just to know if it can or cannot be done. How stuf works. OK I am way tooo curious. Ah by the way, in a month I just added 22 games to my collection (MVS games).
Not a collection for saying oh I have it... nope, all the games I do love to play but can't stand using emulators. btw I hate them.

Part of being in this community is watching for suspicious activity. And wanting scans of something is exactly that.

And hell, a huge scan of the front can be had at www.crazearcade.com anyways.

I just don't see the need to see the full scans if you are just curious. Only if you want to copy his design.
