This copy of Metal Slug is NOT original! Notice that besides the fact that the insert has the incorrect stripe, the cartridge ALSO has an incorrect stripe, and there is no manaul!

This cart is fake from all appearences, a conversion most likely.

Well, it says it was bought from NGF, so of course it's a fake... If this auction goes much higher someone should email the bidders or something to tell them they are getting a bootleg. Geez, I didn't think anyone actually bought games from NGF....

The guy who bid over $700 retracted but now some one else bid on it and the price is up to $455. Geez! Time to warn this guy too.

It says in RED PRINT that it's a converted cartridge ... I guess someone called the owner on it and he added that.

How much should it be worth?

I wonder why NGF would make the stripes on some of there converted carts the wrong color. If they wanted to be real sneaky, they could have made them the right color.

NGF had their own color scheme for inserts and cart stickers (they never really made any manuals). They claimed that their color scheme was the "right" one, and SNK's color scheme was wrong. But if you think about it, they did us all a big favor! Now its very easy to spot their fake inserts in ebay, just look for the "NGF corrected color stripes"!! Then run like hell from the bogus products, and warn everyone else as well . . .
