PCB repair?

Hello,

I received a Pac-Mania Jamma PCB awhile ago and it doesn't seem to work? I get an error message. I tried reseating the chips, but still no luck? Can anyone point me in the right direction to have it repaired if possible? Thanks...

A site called www.elektronforge.com might fix it, but they don't do Jamma boards. Who knows maybe they'll make an exception.

there are so many things that can break its almost impossible to ive advice, im no expert anyways..

..however i have a pacmania PCB for sale (working) if youre not able to solve the problem
