Jamma harness Help (Atomiswave)

My Atomiswave cab will be here tomorrow and it's been a while since I last had a cab and I know if the Jamma harness is connected incorrectly (wrong side up) it can fuck the MOBO. How will I know if the harness is the right side up, if that makes sense?

It should be keyed.
The key (little piece of plastic) stops you from connecting it upside-down.

You could read the manual. It'll have a picture on that warning page. Any diagram of a JAMMA harness will do failing that.
