[EDITOR'S NOTE: The 2002 Classic Gaming Expo (CGE) was a classic example of the (many) low points of scammers NGF. Prior to the show they spent countless months touting (on every information channel available) that they were going to surprise the world with their extremely rare prototype kits. None arrived. Instead, their appearance at the show was highlighted by Dion Dakis commiting a (legal) textbook assault and battery on (at the time) young NG.com member mookystains by grabbing him from across the table and placing him in a headlock (there was a photo, but at the request of Mookystains it was taken down). Of the several threads on the subject, this one carries the most general info, with another decent thread HERE (http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61666). NOTE: The NGF Bible that is reference here was a project started by member DEVIL_GUI, documenting all the countless shenanigans of NGF (you really would need a book to document them all).]

As for me in person, I questioned All the people that came to our booth to
talk the same trash they do online. It didn't matter to me if they were 5'

speaking of that one guy in particular, I grabbed him, pulled him over the
table, and I flat out told him to call me a pussy to my face. I held him
there until he would say it or until he would grovel. (of course he
groveled). EVERYONE saw it and that guy did nothing but say "I'm sorry
Dion."
WE have pictures of 2 people on their knees saying they are sorry and we
have one picture of me holding down someone on our booth table who said we
would walk up to Chris and myself (NGF) and call us pussies. I held him on
the table until he apologized.

I'm an not an ass kisser to anyone. I'm true to myself. I am always nice to
everyone I meet. If you're a shit talker and I know it, and someone points
you out (which this particular guy was pointed out to me), I WILL approach
you and find out how much shit you will talk when "Dion" is right in front
of you. You see, it's very easy for you guys to talk stupid while typing
away in the safety of your parents house. It's quite another thing to talk
trash to someone to their face (in person).

Derek you act like you will do something..... well then just come down and
do it. Come down next year to the CGE and say something to me in person.
Stop with the online crap. You never see me talk trash or make negative
comments towards anyone (because I don't have to). Just give me a call or
send me an email when you'll be in Las Vegas. Or email me your phone number
and I'll call you when I go to Texas (I go there every few months to visit

That was me who wrote that. As far as Dion's actions, this wasn't a scam as with most of his posts but I'm sure this one should be noted regardless.
