My copy of World Heroes 2 comes from Evilwasabi. It is near mint, however not in like new condition.

It has the pink japanese warning sheet, as well as very light scuff marks on the cart and case.

The manual is mint, and includes a baggie, however I do not think it is the original baggie.

I would grade it a near mint.
