I have been planning on doing this for a while, and now seems as good of a time as any to do it. There is going to be a Dance, Dance Karnov! competition coming up in the near future. Why would you want to participate in a Dance, Dance Karnov competition? Just read the compelling storyline!

The Storyline:

It was crisp, Autumn day when Karnov decides to visit local maltshop at BIG CITY, USA.

"Mummpheek," Karnov declared. "Mmmrrrm aglra brrplttd fffrprapna." Like usuals Karnov mouth was packed full of hams sandwiches and whisky, a delicacy of his liking.

"Oh Karnov," laughed from a kindly old man runs the maltshop. "You're a cracker up, large one!"

Suddenly Earthshaking became, and dishes rattle from ceiling! Karnov runs outside to investigate occurance! A enemy! Oh no!

"You'd receive a generous come-uppance!" shouted Karnov while flexing muscletone. "My powers increase from the dance, and soon I will dance your head until the ground!!! For your attempts to destroy my preferred maltshop!"

But the evil did not stop and continue to terrorize the BIG CITY, USA! First a Green Fish Guy With a Bag and Hand Down Pants explodes on city, then... well, the secret Boss! Hurry up and make Karnov dancing to defeat evil! It up to you! You can do it and save BIG CITY, USA!

Anyway, other than saving BIG CITY, USA, why would you want to participate? I will tell you why. The winners will get prizes! Nothing like home carts or anything, but it will be SNK related merchandise that you ought to find interesting. I am not stating exactly what the prizes will be at this point, since they have not arrived yet, although I did finally order them.

Anyway, practice your Dance, Dance Karnov skills over the next couple of weeks. I will post a date and time deadline, and all entries must be received by then. To win, you need to send a screen shot of your high score to my e-mail at: BioMotor_Unitron@yahoo.com

You do not want to tell anyone your score though, because then they will just play until they beat the score you told them, then send in THEIR screen shots. One screen shot per person, so wait until you feel your dance groove has peaked before taking the shot.

DDK is the shit!! Unfortunately Bio and I seem to be the few that like this game. More people need to feel the Dance Dance Karnov fever! I hear it's a launch title on the X-Box, now is the time to get in on the ground floor. I'm there Bio, you can always count on me being in a DDK competition.

Further information. Running even programs like ICQ in the background can cause the music and visuals of the game to un-sync, so I recommend exiting all programs before playing. Another method to try would be to move the game file out of the Temporary Internet Files and then download the free, thirty day trial version of FLASH and play it locally right on your machine. Dance Dance Karnov Hint #1:

You can "combo" each movement multiple times. If you do too many or hold down the button, the score will reset and say "Your Cheating". The more combos you get, the higher your score. Try it, that is how you masta the DDK!!!

Hint #2

If your in a combo, do not mess up. You will loose tons of points when your messing up a combo. Combo what you know you can.


LWK, I take a screen shot by hitting "Print Screen" and pasting it into a image editing program (Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop). I use Win2000, so I dont know if Print Screen works on all versions of Win.

The only update so far is that some of the prizes I am going to give away have arrived, but if we do not reach the minimum number of contestants, I get to keep them. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
