Briggs:
Thought I would suprise you - glad you liked it. We just got a bunch of hard drives at work and the padded boxes make for great MVS shipping boxes. I seriously doubt there is any way to damage a MVS cart shipped in one of those.
Yeah it really was a great surprise and I'm really happy about it. I had never seen a shock box before... Here is a rundown of the stages I went through opening this package...
1) "Oh, cool, my package from Briggs is here."
2) I bring it to the kitchen to open up so I can check it out and get back to my snack.
3) I cut the box open, "Oh, nice foam packaging. Bet I could reuse this."
4) I pull away the foam and see the game. I slowly pick it up while my brain tries to figure out what's going on.
5) I squeal in delight realizing that I got my Meal Slug X in a shock box thinking, "Briggs! He's the one who does all those contests and likes to surprise people! I LOVE THIS GUY!:
Yeah I really squealed.
This is only the second best surprise I've gotten; it's the best deliberate one, though. The best surprise was when I got Load Runner for the Saturn off a Japanese seller on ebay, and it arrived with Load Runner AND a mint copy of Layer Section. I didn't say anything to him cause he's Japanese and one of those power sellers. No way was I gonna pay $10 to ship it back! LAYER SECTION!
Anyway, thanks a lot.
