KotM stops my 4-Slot MVS from cycling through attract modes.

I just got King of the Monsters and Strikers Plus, so I put them in my 4-slot with KOF'03 and Blazing Star.

When I turn on the system King of the Monsters loads first, then the system is stuck there until I press the select button. Then it will cycle through the other three attract modes and go right back to being stuck at KotM.

Is this normal? Is there any to have KotM in a mult-slot and still have the cycling?

Also, no matter what I do, I can't turn the demo sound off in KotM. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure KOTM has a very long Attract mode demo..It may not be getting stuck,just that the demo is very long.
Let it run and see if it finally goes to the next game..(it may seem endless)
Change it's location to say the first slot... if it's not in it already..
Try 3 carts..take out MOTW.

Other:
Clear the Back Up Memory from your Motherboard.
Give the cart/all the carts a good contact cleaning.
