I have an NTSC 4 switch woody, modded with the 8BitDomain AV mod (which rocks) in France. The owner in France owns a TV that can accept PAL/SECAM/NTSC signals. He has confirmed NTSC playback with NTSC DVD's.
He is getting a black and white signal from the Atari, in composite.
Anyone have any ideas? I told him to try the S-Video as well. Black and white in S-Video would indicate a disconnected chroma signal, but B/W in composite is baffling. I suspect a setting issue with his TV. Of course, the unit left my shop with awesome colour video. =)
If anyone has any experience with multi signal capable TV's, any advice would be helpful.
