now the screen doesn't work 
when I filp the switch I hear the power go to the screen for a sec then it gos out any help???

I found out that its the POWER SUPPLY just dosen't power up the screen 
I need to know if I can shiped this to someone to fix it or if I could just buy a whole new one????

Nope,..I don't know where to get a power supply for that...Got a pic of it..?
You may need to do some special wiring to use another one..Some of these Power Supplies are hard if not impossible to get.
The Power Supply in my Candy Cab"4 slot" is entirely different then the Power Supply in my Big Red."4 slot"....

are all power supply look the same in every neo candy cab??? the black box will all the wires coming out of it???

A picture of your power supply is going to be needed to determine what type it is...

Provided the power supply in your cab is the same.
That Should be it..the black box will all the wires coming out of it???

The notorious hated by me power supply..This sucker is hard to find if not impossible.
I'm pretty sure ngt had to replace this type power supply/couldn't find it and wound up cutting and splicing another type in..

Me:I'd look for a blown fuse,do some voltage readings with a multi-meter,digi-meter-voltage meter....look for not on all the way jamma harness,loose,frayed,burnt,coming off,off,corroded,bad connecting wires....
What I would suggest is:
Getting someone to look at it..Say someone within the area from this site..
Maybe someone can come to you and wire in another Power Supply.

As far as I know..Candy Cab Monitors have their own AC plug that sometimes plugs into the Power Supply...
This plug can be pulled out of the power Supply and plugged into a wall socket just to check to see if the monitor comes up/turns on.
Need a verification on that though as I've never tried it myself.
