Lamp in cab not working?

I recently got an New Astro City cab and the top lamp doesn't turn on.
Is the lamp tube dead or might it not be connected to the powersupply?

Well open up the back and check. You can get a replacement at Home Depot.

As another poster mention, check the connections first to make sure if everything is okay. If everything looks fine then it could be a number of things including a bad starter, dead tube or even a bad ballast.
