Using Atomiswave to naomi Universial cabinet?

HI! I have a problem using Atomiswave on the Naomi Universial cabinet. The problem is that when I play the KOF NW and Neo Geo Battle Coliseum I can't use the 5th Button. I'm using the namco JVS to Jamma converter to connect to the AW Motherboad. Also I try to connect the naomi system to play SF3 Zero Upper and all the button is work. So I think the problem maybe with the namco JVS to Jamma converter only support 4 button. Is there anyone having problems playing these games on the Naomi Universial cabinet?

the 5th button has to added to the jamma loom its the same as 'select' on the neo

The namco JVS to JAMMA converter already conncet the 5th button, but i don't know why can't use it?

Anyone know this converter support how many button? This link have the converter pic.
