Wanted: AES cases + MVS!

Ok I'm looking for some AES cases to complete my collection. They are:

Ninja Combat (prefer the Japanese version but I'm not picky)
Samurai Shodown 2 (again prefer the Japanese and only need the insert on this one not the case)
Samurai Shodown 4 (any version, only need the insert)

Ok I also need some high quality MVS cover inserts. I know it might not be good to ask for these here but all the copy places in my area refuse to make me copies cause they say they are copyrighted or something so PLEASE someone make these for me and I will cover your costs. I can even trade some of my older game MVS inserts if you want. I need MVS cover inserts for:

Pulstar
Samurai Shodown 4
Samurai Shodown 5 Special (or 0 Special)
Stakes Winner 2
Puzzle Bobble
Kabuki Klash
Metal Slug 3
