Kpj said:I've done many. You wouldn't believe how many people want certain titles on their MVS system

What titles do people usually want? I'm curious since most MVS carts are cheaper or the same price as the AES cart.Kpj said:I've done many. You wouldn't believe how many people want certain titles on their MVS system
Konig said:I dont have an AES, but the idea of ruining a cart for use on the MVS bothers me for some reason. I havent seen any KOF games over 25 bucks outside of new kits, or loose copies of 2k3. Most of the older MVS KOFs I do see are 10-20 dollar range.

I want to have magician lord. I didnt found it on Ebay yet.
Anyone have it and want to sell it to me?
If yes, better than converting.
Gamefan said:This thread is crazy!!!! I mean, why would anyone want to ruin an NGH cart in favor of it being an MVS cart. Talk about backwards thinking?
Amano Jacu said:The question is: would as many people react as bad if he was talking about converting a MVS cart to NGH? (he would still need to sacrifice a NGH cart anyway)
Gamefan said:True, but knowing you can track down MVS carts easier than AES carts is what bothers me the most. I mean, MVS games are usually cheaper than their home counterparts.

I've only seen Nam 1975 on mvs for sale a couple of times and it's gone for around 50 quid. On aes you can get it for a tenner, no problem. I can understand why some people would want aes converted to mvs.
Personally, I'd rather stick to original carts. I have both aes and mvs consoles. That way I can buy games on whichever format is cheapest.

EddyIori said:well Gamefan I dont see it as crazy since I can find and get a Magicin Lord aes in my city, really cheap. I dont have an aes and will not buy one. And (no offence) since I get the aes cart, and pay for it, I can do anything to it since is my money involved. Of course I dont like the idea of converting. But the possibilities of doing it is something that I like. Information is something very cool. Instead of calling me crazy , help me finding a Magician Lord in MVS format.
Thanks!
SNKNostalgia said:Hmm there could be another issue especially if you only have a regular MVS BIOS. Isn't the romsets different for the AES compared to the MVS version of the cart? I remember the continuing differences when you die start you off at different locations. I doubt that the game wouldn't work but then again you never know. Could end up buggy or something. My advice, just be patient and get it MVS. It's not a rare title. I bet in just a few days if you post it in the wanted section someone will have it for you.
Gamefan said:My reasoning is simple, an AES cart is a thing of beauty. It has a case, manual, lovely sticker on the cartridge. An MVS cart has a label and that is it. If you want to convert it, go ahead, it is yours, you own it.
