Japanese AES Power Supply

I recently aquired my first Neo Geo AES system S/N: 269433. It came with the NEO-POW3 power supply which is 10vdc @ 1A. According to the tag on the bottom of the system this is correct. My question is this: The tag on the supply states that the input voltage should be 100vac but around here the voltage is usually more like 118vac. Will the extra 1.8 volts at the output damage the system? Should I get a different supply? I've also seen posts refering to 9vdc systems, how critical is the voltage? I do have regulated supplies that I can set to pretty much anything I like as long as I know what the proper voltage should be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would really love to play this thing but I'm scared of wrecking it.

Don't worry, the system is supposed to be used with a PRO-POW3 power supply and that's exactly what you have.
You can use Japanese 100V appliances in the US so don't worry.

The NEOGEO console has a power socket that can handle far past 10V DC without going boom so.....HAPPY NEO GAMING! :buttrock:

Thanks for the help. After cleaning the din plug on the A/V cable everything worked perfectly.
