I'm really really wanting to play some Sega Model 1,2,3 boards, but I'm not sure if I'll actually be able to get the running without a real arcade monitor... The Model 1,2,3 boards only ouput 24khz (medium res) video. Does either one of these boards work with 24khz signal?

Even if it were to work, Your TV won't accept it.

Oh, so tv's are 15khz? 480i is 15khz?

I saw a 29" Mitubishi monitor in ebay that synced with 15-35khz with RGB, VGA, and BNC connections and supports resolutions of upto 1600x1200... Guess I'll have to buy something like this.
