Dreamcast not readings CD's or GD's....

Well i've got a PAL Dreamcast and it doesn't play CD's or GD's...
I've got a strong feeling that it is the GD-ROM drive that's fucked up and replacing is no big deal but I would like to try everything I can and if all fails then I will need to find someone who can sell me a Dreamcast GD-ROM unit.

The disc still spins and the laser motor still moves but it doesn't read anything.

Is there anywhere I can buy a Dreamcast GD-ROM unit from?

Some sort of Dreamcast based website maybe?

Can you not just buy another system for cheap? In the US you can get a system for $20 or less.

Check ebay for package deals. I've bought a couple packages where a couple of the games are worth more than I paid for the entire package.
