I was just watching it as well. I wish they went into more gameplay. Recreate the arcade scene with a bunch of people crowded around the cab watching guys play and waiting in line to play. Thats what SNK was all about for me back then.

i think we have cable, but its digital cable that gives us a bunch extra channels into the 300s like more hbos and whatnot.
i have never seen a g4 episode and i dont even know wtf it is. like a 24/7 gaming channel or something? is it that crap they play on tvs in ebgames and whatnot? if so lol i would kill myself if i liked to watch it willingly.

I enjoyed watching it, but the one video I really likes was posted here by a member. It was footage about Metal Slug and I believe it was in the UK or England, or something. Anyone have that footage still? I know they talked about the price of Metal Slug and even showed a store that had it.

I enjoyed the look into SNK, but I thought it was way too brief. It just felt like there were many things that could have been explored much further.

How are the episodes recorded? Did you do it yourself, or did you download them? I have one of the seasons but that's just not enough... Tell me you can put all those episodes into a torrent or something...

Yeah, I wanted more - it could have been at least an hour long. I burned a handful of Icons episodes to DVD... the pain in the ass way:
ReplayTV --> DVArchive (over wireless...) --> rtvconvert --> Ulead MF4 --> make pretty menu and burn DVD.
I forgot if I stripped out the commercials or not. Bless those with an easier method.
I have yet to see the "All About SNK" dvd. How is that?

They are pretty small files ranging from 120-150 MB each (20-24 mins), at 320x240, but they are encoded quite well and look good at the native resolution. Viewing at 200% isn't that bad either. Also, I just realized that a few of the files seem to be corrupted, but they are some of the less interesting ones, except for tetris.
I really don't like bit torrent much, ever since I got a letter from my ISP yelling at me about it. I might consider taking the time to burn them onto 2 DVD discs for a few people though. I would only charge actual shipping.
