First I would find out what exactly is broken on it. If it is the Hyper board, I'd pass. Beast Busters motherboards arent easy to come by. The board isnt jamma either, so you wont be able to plug it in to something else to test without some wiring.

If its the monitor, and you want to have that extra expense, thats easy to fix or replace.

You may still be able to get new guns from Video Connect, www.videoconnect.com, but they wanted a lot for them close to $200 for a new one. They have Beast Busters gun parts too. Not sure if they have complete used guns or not now.

I really need to see Beast Busters. I hardly knew they did indeed release the arcade game. The only Beast Buster-related license I've seen, was dark arms for NGPC, but hoped I would, one day, run across a real Beast Busters machine. Anybody played it? What's it like?

Cant put in a fighting board to run Beast Busters. Also, since it isnt jamma, you'll have to re-wire the thing to run anything else. But that isnt such a huge deal.

But thats an idea. If you like the cab, maybe you could convert it to jamma.

edit: well, you may not be able to truly convert it. Like most gun games, the monitor is mounted at the bottom of the cab and the image is reflected with mirrors. I'm not certian how this one is inside though.
